These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites and your engagement with services offered by VOCPLUSE Business Pvt Ltd (Canton Fair delegation, sourcing consultation, travel coordination, and related trade services). By accessing the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide trade-fair planning, supplier introductions, on-ground assistance, visa/travel coordination, and post-fair sourcing support. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in a written quotation, invoice, or service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Enquiries & free consultations

Form submissions and “free consultation” offers are non-binding. We may contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Providing your number constitutes consent to be contacted for fair-related services. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

3. Fees & payments

Delegation packages, visas, hotels, and logistics are quoted separately. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in INR and exclude GST, international airfare, fair badges where not included, and personal expenses. Advance payments may be non-refundable as per your signed booking terms.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service booked (hotels, flights, fair registration). Third-party supplier policies apply. Our internal cancellation policy will be communicated before you pay any deposit.

5. Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate business and passport information, obtain valid travel documents, comply with Chinese and Indian laws, and behave professionally at the fair. You are solely responsible for commercial contracts with exhibitors and factories.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, logos, guides, and materials are owned by VOCPLUSE or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content for commercial use without written permission. Canton Fair® and related marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website (spam, hacking, false submissions, unlawful content). We may suspend access or refuse service at our discretion.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VOCPLUSE against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your import activities, or disputes with third-party suppliers, except where caused by our gross negligence as determined under Indian law.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to website use or preliminary consultation shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Dispute resolution

Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation first. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
